I just got this error code 160-2719. The system tells me to press and hold the power button down for four seconds. Once its all turned off i turn it back on and this error pops up. Cant access anything.

If those controllers are not first party, Nintendo certified controllers, I wouldn't use them with the Wii U. If they do cause issues, you'd void your warranty since they'd be a third party device.
