Hi - we purchased our kids a Disney Infinity Wii U Starter Pack for Christmas. When we try to load a second player in toy box the player does not load. We are prompted to press "+" on the screen and when we do, nothing happens. We followed all the instructions on the guide, do not place base on metal surfaces, or have metallic objects nearby, with no luck. We even went back to the store to exchange the starter kit for another, we thought the base was probably defective. We tried it again and the same thing happened. Does anyone know what is wrong? Please help & Thank you.
