Thank you for the help, I ended up updating my system by clicking youtube 
. Anyways, it is completely understandable that the servers are down. It seems like a lot of people are really angry over something that really cant be helped. I'm sure it will be back up in due time. Thanks again for your help, and good luck getting through all the angry parents!
