You have to load the Wii Menu from the icon on the home screen and buy them from the Wii Shop Channel. To play these titles you need a Wii Classic Controller or a Wii Classic Controller Pro (and a Wii Remote to plug them into and for navigating the Wii Menu.) There's no announcement about when or if these titles will show up on the eShop.
