Check out the parental controls tab just above the tech support tab in Wii support, there is an option for forgot parental controls:
Forgot Parental Controls PIN
Situation:
- Unable to access Parental Controls as the PIN has been forgotten
What To Do:
- Select the System Settings icon on the HOME Menu, and tap "Open."
- Tap "Parental Controls."
- Tap "Forgot PIN."
- If you no longer remember your PIN, nor the answer to your secret question, then you will need to contact Nintendo Consumer Service for assistance. Click the button below to get started.
