Respectfully, I can figure out how to call Nintendo, I've done it plenty of times. I'm an adult.
The problem is that mine, and other, Gamepads are disconnecting at short distances. That's been pretty clear. It's happened many times before, to many people. I see examples dating back to 2012. Well documented. Are you not curious why it's happening?
I appreciate the suggestion to call. I'll suggest that you find some Nintendo engineers to come in this thread and explain some possibilities. Static? Environment? Power draw? 5Ghz? Bluetooth? Wouldn't that be better than calling Nintendo and handing over my WiiU?
It's no longer under warranty - if it will cost me over $150 I'll just buy a PS4.
Seriously.
