Go component. They go up to 1080p while AV goes to 480i (to my knowledge at least). As for getting one, you're best getting one online. In stores, they're horribly marked up. You shouldn't spend any more than $20-30 for component, AV, or HDMI cables. But if you really want to get it in stores, a RocketFish Best Buy one can work well ($30) or most other Wii component cables for that matter.
