This issue seemingly comes and goes from time to time for me. It usually happens on the eshop or on NSMB U, in the latter case on the continue screen. It never seems to do it so much while I'm actually in the game. I have an Insignia LCD TV, and I use component cables. I'm not sure if it is related to the connection (not so easy to fix with my TV) or what? I don't want to have to go below 1080p...
