My Wii U is getting stuck after exiting a game a lot

I have a 32GB Wii U with a HD with independent power. It is happening a lot that my Wii U locks after exiting a game and remains on the screen that lets you know you are returning to the Wii U menu. I notice this is happening more with the games that are on the Wii U´s 32GB HD.
