I'm not sure what you mean. Virtual Console games on Wii U are not cropped. These games were originally designed for 4:3 televisions, so on modern sets you may see "black bars," but nothing is cut off, there was just never anything there to begin with. You can probably set your Wii U to output in 4:3, or set your TV to zoom if it bothers you, but both of these options will distort the image.
