I wanted to share my issues with the community as well. 3 weeks ago my gamepad begun to lose connection past 1-2 feet from the console. My room setup has not changed since I purchased the console just after launch. I contacted Nintendo and went through all of their troubleshooting steps to no avail. I was told by the technician that I would need to send the system in for repair at the cost of $150. I find this solution more than unfair, closer to ridiculous. My system is in pristine shape and I don't feel that I should have to pay an exorbidant and seemingly arbitrary fee. I am going to attempt to.contact them one more time and then I will have to see how much a pawn shop will give me for a broken wii U. This is sad that a company rewards early adopters by charging them an additional fee for a technical flaw on their part.
